By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not barred from receiving the Services under applicable law
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations
• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete

HealthWellness offers personalized health and wellness coaching services through artificial intelligence algorithms, mobile applications, web platforms, and related services. Our Services include but are not limited to:

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time
• Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Remove or edit content at our sole discretion

Subscription Plans

HealthWellness offers various subscription plans including monthly, quarterly, and annual options. All subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Pay all fees at the prices then in effect
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider
• Pay any applicable taxes

Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

• Monthly Plans: Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days
• Digital Products: No refunds for downloaded or accessed digital content
• Service Issues: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis for service failures

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTHWELLNESS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings and selecting “Delete Account”
• Contacting our support team at support@healthwellness.com
• Cancelling any active subscriptions before deletion

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
• You may request deletion of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding fees remain payable
